Personal Training Agreement

Payments

All payments must be made in full via bank transfer or GoCardless.
All payments must be made prior to any sessions being undertaken.
You will receive a copy of this agreement, along with a customer receipt, should you require one.

If you wish to cancel your Personal Training Agreement for any reason, I will need to be made fully aware of your intentions to do so no later than two full weeks (14 full days) before your next payment is due. Failure to comply with this may result in no refund for a subsequent month.

Refunds

If for any medical reason you are no longer able to complete your Personal Training sessions, you will be offered a refund on any outstanding sessions. Your trainer may ask for you to provide proof from your GP.

Personal Training

All sessions have a one-month expiry and must be used within the calendar month. Any sessions not used within the calendar month will be lost and may not be carried over into the following months.

All payments must be made on the 18th of the month prior to training commencing (unless otherwise agreed with trainer).

Top-Up sessions for Personal Training are available at any time, subject to availability, and can only be purchased by those committed to the Personal Training option.

Session Cancellations

If your trainer fails to give you 24-hour notice of any cancellation, you will receive 1 extra hour of personal training at your convenience, in addition to the session you missed.

Your trainer requires 24-hour notice of any cancellation of sessions. This can be made in person or via phone call or text message. If 24-hour notice isn’t given, you will lose that session and no refund will be offered.

Lateness

If your trainer is more than 10 minutes late to your session, you will be entitled to a complimentary session, along with any remaining time you still have for that session.

If you are late to your session, your session will be reduced in accordance with that time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be cancelled, and you will lose that session. In this circumstance, no refund will be offered.

Medical

All known medical conditions must be disclosed, and if necessary, discussed with your trainer, before training commences. A medical form will also need to be filled out before sessions are undertaken.

Your trainer cannot prescribe treatment or diagnose medical conditions. Your trainer may at any time ask to consult with your GP should any medical condition arise.

Adherence

Results are completely dependent upon adherence to the training program and nutritional requirements.

Failure to comply with the set training schedule and/or nutritional goals will likely mean a lack of desired progress.

This is the full responsibility of the client.
Any payments made confirm your acceptance of the above statement.

Coaching & Training

It must be stated that your trainer has the right to alter and change any training plan and/or nutritional plan as they see fit. This will only serve to maximise client results.

If for any reason, you are not happy with the training program that has been set, you must contact and discuss with your trainer immediately.
If for any reason you have discomfort or become injured due to a particular exercise, you must contact and discuss with your trainer immediately.

Injuries will be avoided providing the client follows the exact instructions as set out on the exercise video and
instructional guides. Failure to comply with this may result in pain or injury.

Nutrition

Your trainer will not and cannot provide set meal plans, nor will they ever tell you what to eat.

Your trainer will and can provide recommendations only, and it is the client's full and complete decision to eat any particular foods.

All clients must make their trainer aware of any food allergies before coaching commences.
